1. Service Description
By providing your mobile phone number to Eighteen-Ninety Sleepover, you agree to receive SMS text messages containing:
- Check-in instructions and door access codes
- Customer service communications
- Promotional offers and updates
- Important hotel announcements and notifications
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number during booking or check-in:
- You expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Eighteen-Ninety Sleepover
- You confirm that you are the owner or primary user of the registered mobile number
- You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase
3. Message Frequency Varies
- You will receive operational messages related to your stay (check-in instructions, door codes)
- Promotional messages will not exceed 2 per month
- Customer service messages will be sent as needed based on your interactions with our staff
4. Message and Data Rates
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
- Eighteen-Ninety Sleepover is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier
- Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out of our SMS services at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any of our messages
- Contacting our front desk
- Emailing our customer service
Operational messages essential to your stay cannot be opted out of while your reservation is active
6. Support Instructions

7. Privacy and Security
- Your mobile number and personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- We will never share or sell your mobile number to third parties

- Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your wireless carrier's network availability
- We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Continued use of our SMS service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email
10. Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we are not liable for any damages arising from:
- Delayed or undelivered messages
